Welcome to Butterfly Tattoo Studio. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed at Butterfly Tattoo Studio. A valid government-issued ID (Passport, KTP, or Driver's License) may be requested upon arrival. We strictly do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

2. Deposits and Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and begin the design process.
  • The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If proper notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
  • Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
  • No-shows will automatically lose their deposit and may be refused future service.

4. Design and Revisions

Our artists work hard to create custom designs based on your consultation. Minor revisions on the day of the appointment are completely fine. However, completely changing the design concept at the last minute may require rescheduling and a new deposit, as custom art takes significant time to prepare.

5. Health and Safety

For your safety and ours, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g., blood-borne pathogens, diabetes, heart conditions, pregnancy). We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe getting a tattoo poses a risk to your health.

Do not consume alcohol or blood-thinning medications for 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will not tattoo anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Payment

The remaining balance of your tattoo is due upon completion of the session. We accept Cash, Bank Transfers, and select digital payments.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

Once you leave the studio, the healing of the tattoo is your responsibility. We provide comprehensive aftercare instructions, but we are not liable for infections, fading, or poor healing caused by failure to follow these instructions.
